"I received a phone call and was able to get an appointment on a Saturday. Jenkin and Hasan were the gentleman that did a walk through of my property. They were professional and to the point. I received my estimate within two hours on a Saturday. Very impressed! They were able to accommodate me with an install within a week. Jenkin was very accommodating and quick to respond to my questions. He was also a big help with a very last minute change in fence layout. His crew showed up introduced themselves and started to work. They also were very professional. They took away the old fence after removal and cleaned up after themselves when done."

Removed Large trees that had plagued me for years of constant trimming costing hundreds of dollars, now gone.  One tree had grown so big it draped over and was in a very tight area between the garage and a fence was removed, clean job he did there.Cleared up lots of debris leaves and such. The job was done and I didn't even have to take a day off from work. When I returned home I almost drove pass the place. He did such a good job, it was unrecognizable. To say I was pleased. I couldn't wait for his return to pay him his money with a tip. "From the very beginning of this process Tom and his staff extremely helpful.  Any questions we had were answered quickly, I emailed either Tom or Rose, who is terrific at keeping you informed, and scheduling was easy.  Once all the pieces of the fireplace were delivered Tom's crew were there to sort through everything and were ready to start the job.  A new gas line had to be run, an electric line had to be run to the fireplace, the flue insert was dropped down from the roof, there was work needed to be done on the brick in the existing fireplace too.  The job took 2 days, if I remember correctly, the installers were extremely careful, cleaned up before they left for the day, were are my house bright and early in the morning as promised, and very helpful in explaining what they were doing. 

We did have an issue with the pilot light going out; I turned the gas off and sent an email to Tom.  He replied and explained that if the pilot goes out on this particular model there is an automatic shut off of the gas, he also walked me through the re-lighting of the pilot, although I couldn't get it to work so they sent the installer back who got it going right away and who also took the time to shut it off and have me restart it.

I have nothing but praise for Paragon Installers, they are very professional, courteous, and careful, they are also available to answer questions long after the job is completed.  I would recommend this company highly."

"I cannot say enough good things about Scott fence! First, he arrived for an estimate as promised. He did get lost and I missed his call but he called several times until he got me & arrived promptly as soon as i explained where i was. He made recommendations based on the area we wanted to fence that were extremely helpful and showed his level of experience. The price he gave is was fantastic, considering he works with true PVC vinyl fencing (he beat out another fence company by atleast $500). We met with Scott Fence 2 more times after the initial consultation: the 2nd time, he was kind enough to give us time to speak to our neighbors about the upcoming installation, and even helped mediate minor debates about property line & fence placement. He was EXTREMELY helpful with this, which i had to mention because no fence company is responsible for making your neighbors feel ok with fence installation, but Scott Fence took this challenge without hesitation. The third time we met was to finalize the contract. He was able to install the fence 3 days later! His crew arrived as promised that Saturday morning, and worked throughout the day to finish the job. There was a tiny miscommunication: one neighbor already had 4ft pvc fencing and while we wanted to go with 5 ft, we told Scott Fence we wanted to match the neighbors' fence in height, but it was misunderstood as height and style (we installed plain solid & the neighbor has lattice topped fence). Initially I was going to give the go ahead to install but i later told Scott Fence that i wasnt crazy about the lattice fence and he said no worries, that he would order the correct fencing free of charge and install what i wanted. He is truly all about making his customers happy. There was even a small section of unfenced area in out back yard that was previously blocked with cinderblocks that he fenced for free! I also want to mention, he had no idea i found him on Angies list, not until the 2nd visit. I intentionally did not mention it because i like to see the true colors of service providers when they are not focused on getting a good review. There is more that we plan to fence in the future and we will not hesitate to contact Scott Fence. Glenn, the main contact, is wonderful. Cheerful, informative and definitely about his business.
