Joe spent time researching on-line and by phone to locate all the materials he would need and the special tool required to accomplish the repairs. He kept us informed and when he showed up to do the repairs, not only was he here on time but also asked if there was anything more he could do for us, or did we have any questions or concerns that he could help us with. "They were okay. There were certain things they wouldn't do. They were not very thorough in doing cleaning. Young kids came in to do the work. I don't know whether they did it thoroughly or not because it's hard for me to check it out since you have to climb up a ladder to check the gutters. The price was okay. The work was average."

"First project: Derek arrived quickly with a quote and was able to provide me with an acceptable timeline for scheduling.  He returned the do the work over a few days as much filling, drying, and sanding was needed.  The finished product well exceeded my expectations.  All wall and ceiling damage was corrected.  It was truly a night and day difference. 
Second project: Because I was so pleased with the bedroom, Derek was rehired to paint two bathrooms.  When the first bathroom fell behind schedule, Derek had no problem adjusting his schedule around the delay.  He was able to complete both bathrooms on the new schedule and again to my liking.  I would hire him again for any painting needs and would recommend him to friends and family.

"We had an old deck that needed to be replaced.  When the old deck came down we had to do some grading of the soil.  Jim worked with us to schedule himself and the tractor work to make this happen.  The new deck exceeds our expectations.  Jim has great attention to detail and made sure that every part of the deck looked correct and pleasing to the eye.  We added string lights and outdoor lights to the project and he was happy to add that as well.  It is very hard to find people who are excited about your project and take ownership of it.  We found that in Jim and his team!  We are SUPER happy and would reccommend Jim to anyone.

"Quote Experience: I only wanted half the roof done since the smaller side of the roof was redone just 10 years ago with an expansion. Though Mark did suggest we should do the entire roof at once there was no pressure and he helped us pick a color that nearly perfectly matched the other roof. Pricing seemed fair based upon competitive quotes and they were local. 

Punctual: Mark and his team arrived when they said they would and started work on time. Better yet they actually finished the job almost a full day ahead of time.

Cleanliness: This is a stickler point for me when hiring contractors. Drives me crazy when after the first day they leave a mess and even worse if there's a mess when they are done. I did find a nail or two in the weeks after the job but nothing like the last roofing job I had done where I found debris for months. He must have gone over the yard 3 times looking for junk and nails with some kind of detector.

Overall it was a pleasant experience considering there was a dumpster in the driveway (left no marks) and banging on my roof for two days. They also used what I thought was a better underlayment and ice shield than the others were offering. Since I had leaks this was important. Would hire them again."
