"Loved working with Window King and highly recommend them! I was nervous about replacing my three really old windows in my old Hoboken condo. Nick walked me through the entire process so that I felt comfortable with the windows I was choosing as well as colors, and so that I was in line with what the HOA would/ wouldn't allow. Cesar and his crew were present on install day - they were on time, courteous, fast, professional, and did an incredible job. I don't think it even took them four hours. And big thanks to Lisa who was extremely communicative regarding the timeline. My condo is now far less noisy in terms of the noise coming from the street- and MUCH warmer which is exactly what I needed. Pictured are two of my old and new windows - the black lining are the old ones and white lining is the new. "After my bathroom faucet broke, I scheduled an appointment for today 12/16/25 between 12-4. A representative called at 3ish to report the plumber was running late. At 5pm still noone I called, got voicemail, 6pm still noone and no call I called got voicemail at 7pm still noone I call get the voicemail it?s now 10pm No more calls from me! What a unprofessional company never again and never will anyone I know reach out to them for service! "

"*Many major issues with the work completed. *A lot of sloppy work , indifferent workers *The sub flooring was not installed or not properly installed causing adjoining room floors to be different levels than the newly installed floor. The previous flooring was level with all rooms throughout the 1st floor. *There are 3 significant "bumps" in flooring as the sub flooring was not installed or properly installed. Standard industry practice ;of leveling out bumps was not followed. SEE HOME DEPOT Instructions. *Contractor would not fix floor and simply installed high sills which are a tripping hazard in the same doorways for we had widened by contractor since we are over 70 with limited mobility, *Damaged stairs when removing old materials *Charged for services not done and for materials not used *Did not replace 60 year old sink/toilet shut-off valves when "modernizing bathrooms. *Water lines installed by contractor broke two times. *Work failed Building Inspection and contractor indicated he would not fix issues, he said "he was moving on". *Anderson windows installed were the wrong size ;54" instead of the 48" as other existing windows in house. *Four new doors were installed and one is different than the other 3. Two facing doors at end of hall do not match each other. *Tile work in new bathroom is not fully level and spacing of grout work is inconsistent. Contractor did try to correct but still a problem."

I call them, and was told that they had no record of ever coming to my home. I waited a bit, called them again, and they sent another person to provide an estimate. The estimate was close to the first one. And again, I hear nothing from them afterwards, in spite of 3 phone calls asking for a written estimate and for scheduling the job. Then I gave up and hired another company."
