"The good experience with Raindrop started with the estimate; Lee was knowedgeable and up front with me about the need to fix my chimney before they could do the roof work; neither of the other roofing contractors had mentioned that. When I accepted their bid, but the work couldn't start for over a month, they held the original price even though the cost of materials had just gone up. When they came to do the work, they were courteous and always willing to answer any questions I had about the process. And Ryan, the owner, is a real sweetheart; he came by at the end to check and make sure I was satisfied, which I definitely was. I've already recommended them privately to 2 friends who are ready to redo their own roofs."

"Kit did a thorough inspection of our roof and identified several areas in need of repair. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. His manner was pleasant and professional and I appreciated his low pressure approach. Ram did a good job with the repairs. Overall it was a positive experience."

"Great job start to finish. Answered all our questions, and the new roof looks great. Had a minor issue with the subcontractor who did our new gutters, owner came in person and resolved the issues very quickly. Happy to recommend this company!"

"I live on the Oregon coast and had a new roof installed in 2015. It had persistent leak issues that the contractor could not/did not fix. Romvil repaired the leaks, re-built rotted out interior and exterior walls, and replaced our interior sheetrock. They were very clear about letting us know exactly what they knew we needed to have done, before they did it. They showed us computer generated plans that explained why we had problems and what they were going to do. They were totally honest about cost and made sure we had agreed to what it would cost before they did the work. I will gladly. hire them again!!!"

"My wonderful experience started with Daniel. He came out to my home to give me an bid for a roofing job. He was so professional with the estimate that I was really impress. When he came down from my roof he had picture of my roof. I actually saw what was major problem areas on my roof. I knew exactly what I needed to do without any hesitation. Daniel informed me every step of the way. Then I met krill he was great too. Krill was very prompt in returning my calls. Then the roofers came out to install my roof. These guys did a really really good job. I am just very please with KVN. I need a paint job down the road and you can best believe I will be calling KVN . Thanks so much everyone who made it possible for me to have my new roof."

"Very nice young man.Worked hard cleaned up after job.My job took longer than expected but he kept his word on original bid. Thats shows to me integrity. I really appreciate the work and the quick response to my request. I will definitely use him again and will recommend him to others. This wouldn't let just say clean gutters so it says repair ????"

"They fixed my roof in just one day and did an amazing job from start to finish. The crew worked efficiently and carefully, and the quality of the work was excellent. After the repairs, they magnet-swept the property twice to make sure every nail and piece of debris was cleaned up—something I really appreciated. What stood out most was the personal attention. The owner even came out to inspect the finished work himself and make sure everything was done to a high standard. That level of care and accountability is rare. I couldn’t recommend Gold Shield Roofing And Gutters more highly. If you need reliable, professional roof repair or roofing work in the Vancouver, WA area (or nearby), these are the people to call. Fast turnaround, excellent craftsmanship, thorough cleanup, and real owner involvement. Highly recommended!"
