"Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

They were prompt, efficient, responsive (on the job), on time, pleasant and agreeable. The only (minor) complaint was they weren't as responsive in booking an appointment to come and install the skylight - i had to hound them by text and call a few times. Get that right and youve got As all the way through!"

Dimitri also took before and after pictures of roof and explained to me where the leaks were coming from and not only went out of way to fix the problem but went beyond insure that the flashing and new shingles were installed properly. He also moved my dryer vent that that was previously installed incorrectly and went to Home Depot to get the proper materials for the vent along with calling me at the store to confirm that he was able to get all the materials before coming back. Been doing construction on my homes for many years and I'm kicking myself on not using Dimitri in the past. Now have many more projects lined for this company."

"Kadre came on time to provide me with an estimate for replacing a skylight. The estimate was very thorough. He showed me pictures and videos of what he saw while on my roof and took the time to explain everything from why the skylight was leaking, the steps he would take to complete the job as well as the materials he would be using. The quote he gave me was very reasonable. Also while he was on the roof he recommended fixing two gutters ( which I already new I had to get fixed) and was able to give me an honest price on those as well. When it came time to do the repair, he came four days after the estimate (on a Sunday because it worked best for me) and again was right on time. The whole job of replacing the skylight and fixing the gutters only took a few hours. They cleaned up any debris and again reviewed the job he did with pictures and video from the roof ( which is a big help since I don’t like going on the roof). Before leaving I was made aware that he also does siding. He gave me an on the spot estimate to do that job as well and I am already sure that I will be using him for that in the spring. I only write reviews when I have an absolutely terrible experience to warn others or in this case when the company is extraordinary and goes above and beyond. I can without hesitation recommend this company"
