"My mom loves greenery, so I decided to get some landscaping done outside her house. I called their professionals to inspect the area and suggest designs accordingly. Their team gave me such beautiful ideas entirely within my budget. My mom got super happy to see the entire landscaping done. It has become her favorite part of the house. I do not have the right words to thank you guys enough and suggest them to all."

"We had a fantastic experience remodeling many aspects of our house: basement, attic, as well as electrical and plumbing. They went above and beyond with everything. Very trustworthy; the project was completed within budget and on time. A truly smooth experience. I would strongly recommend this contractor to everyone!"

"I met two terrific guys and all went well. They arrived at my home on time and finished the job well before my expectations. I highly recommend their company."

"Can’t pay enough compliments to John and his guys. They did a great job overall and managed the project very smoothly through the entire permitting process. From the very beginning it was apparent John was detail oriented and most importantly, concerned about delivering a quality product to his customers. John is very hands on, and his approach of shopping with the homeowner to make sure everything will “work” during installation I think is a key component of job success and customer satisfaction. The guys worked straight thru with work only interrupted by permits/inspections. He involved and asked us about anything that came up along the way that we had not previously talked about. Guys were very professional, being respectful of our home and working neatly/efficiently. I highly recommend John without hesitation, and will be using him in the future when we renovate our Master Bathroom."

"Max and his team did a wonderful job rebuilding our porch. He guided us through the process of selecting materials and design. The work team left everything tidy during the project and did not make much noise considering the work which was done. Max responded quickly to our questions throughout the process and was a real pleasure to work with. We have received many compliments on the outcome of the project. The porch looks great and really adds to the appeal of the house."

"He does wonderful work! I had work done in the past by this company and if anything in the future would come up that needs to be done, I will definitely hire them again. I had some siding and kitchen remodeling work done and they were fast, in and out, and made sure that they were on schedule. Their work is impeccable and done an amazing job. He’s a good guy and cleans up after his work. Not even a nail is left behind after the job is finished. He also checks in on me every few months to see how everything is holding up. I don’t see many people do that now a day. A+"

"Used HM Construction for many projects inside home. They did a fantastic job on all projects. Completed remodels with doors, fabrication, cabinets, tile, closets and accent designs around home. Fair pricing. Great communication. Professional and polite crew. Clean and respectful of home. Highly recommend."

"Amazingly! I could not recommend Leo & his crew highly enough. I've had some very bad experiences in the past with contractors, and especially as a young woman it can be difficult to be taken seriously or to be treated respectfully. Leo was the height of professionalism- he came in within budget and within deadline. He listened to what I wanted to do and would give me options of how that could be done, and occasionally added his own suggestions which were always good ideas I'd not considered. He was clear about what was achievable, what would cost more, and what obstacles may come up, including where things would depend on the existing structure of the apartment and were not quite foreseeable. He was willing to work with me with the custom fixture orders I placed, and was there to accept deliveries of materials during the time of construction. The quality of his work is also extremely high. He remodeled the entirety of my bathroom as well as some other jobs (mainly refinishing the floor & repainting) , and all of his craftsmanship has held up extremely well. It's been almost a year since he completed the work, and everybody always comments on how beautiful they find my bathroom. There have been no issues with anything he's installed for me. He's always prompt to reply, and his crew was always very kind and courteous. I've recommended him multiple times to friends already, and I urge you to reach out to him for a quote. I couldn't be more happy with the work he did for me."

"112 Home Improvement was recommended to me by my cousin.  They had remodeled his home and he was very happy.   We called John about a year before we wanted to begin.  We didn't even know exactly what we wanted.  He offered to come out and help us plan this project.  Once we figured out what we wanted to do John brought out his architect (Tom) and we started the process.  Plans, permits, surveys, variances the list is endless.  I am glad we did this well ahead of time.  Finally 9 months later (thanks town of brookhaven) we had everything needed to begin.  The work began in March and continued through June.  Everything went as good as can be expected.  There were some problems here and there but nothing that we were not prepared for.  In the end our home is beautiful.  We extended and remodeled our kitchen and created a great room, finished our basement, added a master bathroom, replaced our roof and our siding as well as added a deck.  My family and I could not be happier.  We absolutely love our home.  Thank you John and company!!"
