We got a free estimate of the job, and the price was less expensive than all the other options, and we shopped around a lot! <br /> <br />We hired them to reline our cracked chimney flue with a poured concrete product. When they arrived to do the job, it ended up taking four separate days to complete, two more visits than expected to finish up some patch work that was difficult to access, but in the end the chimney is relined and they honored the original price quote. They wore shoe protectors when coming in and out of the house, and protected our wall corners from the air duct exhaust hose. They were extremely professional and got right to work. We could hear all the 20+ years of debris going out through the air duct hose. Not sure if previous owners of our house ever ducts cleaned before, but we're sure glad it was done right for us. After the ducts were cleaned, they got right to work on the carpet. It looked so much brighter when they were done. They used their truck mounted extraction method, and it didn't take too long for the carpet to dry afterwards. Would highly recommend! They will be our go-to cleaners in the future!"

"I have very limited experience with this company, one service call only. They repaired a problem and replaced the air filter with a wrong filter. It took them a long time to come back with the proper filter, I remember. My husband was very unhappy with the quality of work and the mess they left behind. This was several years ago, so I don't want to say anything more since time dims memories. I am certain, however, that the cost was excessive for what was then being charged in our area."

"The furniture was moved in great room.  Nothing was moved in bedroom but was still charged for a whole room.  Only one guy came so the furniture couldn't be moved.  Had to call the next day as a stain was still showing.  Two guys came out with hand equiptment and worked on the stain.  A week later the stain was there again.  I just left it.  Would have worked a lot better if they sent two guys all the time to work on the carpet.  I usually clean the carpet myself now due to cost for them to clean it.  Takes a bit longer but it works. <br />"
