In 2020, Mike and Danielle rebranded and renamed the company DeMayo Tile and registered the business as a LLC. They also moved the main office from Cape may County, NJ to Philadelphia, PA. Their son, Michael, joined the business as a full partner in late 2021 and assisted in growing the company. In the years since, several other businesses were opened under the DeMayo Tile umbrella to include power washing services and junk removal/hauling. Today, DeMayo Tile, LLC, and the family of businesses that it parents, continues to provide South Jersey, Philadelphia, and Delaware County with extraordinary workmanship and integrity at a fair price.

We do painting framing and drywall minor plumbing and minor electrical work. We take our our time to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied with all our work and any problems after we are gone one call we will be back same week to make sure everything is perfect.

"Julio and his team sanded and refinished about 2,000 sf. of 100-year-old hardwood in our home, as well as adding new flooring to match the old where we had made some changes to the structure. This included some fine detail work. They were fantastic! The crew was punctual, came with a great attitude, and did very clean work. When another contractor drilled a bunch of unnecessary holes in our floors, his crew replaced the boards with matching wood for a reasonable price and it looks good as new. Julio was good at explaining the process and keeping communication open throughout. His recommendations were good, he understood what we were going for and we are very happy with the finished result. I wish every contractor was this professional!"

"Edwin S. Wolf is not an honest business person. I hired him to level my basement flooring and then install vinyl tiles. Wolf neither leveled the basement subfloor nor properly installed the tile. I pleaded with Wolf for over 6 months to either re-do the job properly or provide a full refund. He was unwilling to take corrective action and refused to provide a refund. Therefore, I took him to court. Thankfully, I won the lawsuit, but the whole matter was a huge headache and waste of my time. Edwin S. Wolf is a wolf in sheep's clothing. This guy is bad news. DON'T DO IT."
