"Do to weather conditions and having hired another contractor, we were not able to connect with Jay's to obtain an estimate. I would not hesitate to call them again for any future work I might need as I have no reason not to. I also rated Jay's 5 stars as I did not want to adversely affect their rating without ever having used their services. Your review process does not allow for a non-star rating!"
