As a customer enrolled in your Unlimited Service Plan, I expect timely communication, reliability, and a basic level of professionalism. Unfortunately, today?s experience fell well below those expectations. The service provided was inadequate, and the lack of follow-through and responsiveness was unacceptable?especially for a customer paying for a premium plan that is advertised as offering priority care and peace of mind. Being on the Unlimited Plan was a key factor in my decision to continue doing business with your company. Experiences like this call that decision into question. "The minimum of work was done. Head gardener complained of his crew who spent most of the day sitting in the shade. Telephone or text messages to the main landscaper took days and days for brief responses. The growing/watering directions went unsaid. There was no check up by the management afterwards. A tree planted too deeply is dying. Replacement of dead plants seemed to cause a problem and we ended up replacing them ourselves."
