"The past few years we have completed a fair number of renovations around our house. During this time, we have come across business that have been criminal (stole our $$), been ok, better than average and exceptional. I can honestly say Fence & Deck Connection falls in the EXCEPTIONAL category. Our journey with F&D began with me filling out their online forum. Jeff W soon emailed me back and we set up an appt. Our sales person was Kevin B and he was very thorough and took the time to explain everything and answered our questions. He even replied to emails outside normal working hours. When he left one felt confident that the work that was to be done was going to be done to a very high standard. What really surprised me was the price. We had quotes form 3 other businesses, and they were not really that close. 1 was close but the contract was vague, so not well put together like F&D. I talked to Kevin about time to get the fence installed, he stated 2-4 weeks. I explained we had been told timeframes from other salesmen, then you put down the deposit and unexpectantly, the time frame given was much longer. He assured me that was not the case and put me in touch with Cheryl T. Superb lady to chat with and she assured me they had been meeting that 2-4-week window, even in their busier parts of the season. True to her word, once we signed the contract and put down the deposit via credit card (which happened quickly) the fence was installed in 13 days. They (Kevin and Cheryl) listened to that timeline concern and got the job done exceptionally well, just exceptional customer service. The appointed production manager for the install of the fence was Francisco C. To no surprise another outstanding gentleman. He came to the house at the arranged time and we walked through the process again, laid out the fence with flags (so one does not have to be home on install day) Again answered my questions, went over what takes place on Install day, just an outstanding fellow. Day of the fence install, the crew of 3 and Francisco should up around 0830 and quickly got to work. I have cameras all around my house and I checked up on their progress throughout the day and I can attest that these 3-gentleman worked very effectively and were very proud of their work. I was amazed that they were about to complete the whole fence in 1 day. So fast is good, but how did it look? Amazing, super straight, level and sturdy. Very impressive work. I would like to thank Jeff W, Kevin B, Cheryl T and Francisco C and the fence crew for an outstanding experience. They all listened to our concerns/questions and not once did they drop the ball. Sorry for this lengthy review, I feel if a company takes the time to provide quality service, the least I can do is take the time to write a review. I know this review may sound too positive, but it truly has been an exceptional experience from start to finish."

"What a great company! Competitive pricing, excellent service and timely communication. They removed an old (falling down) board fence and efficiently installed a new vinyl fence. They left an 8 ft section out to accommodate other work being done in my backyard and returned promptly to install the last section. I highly recommend Breakwater Fence!!!"

"He did a really good job. I'm going to have him come back and replace another fence that the dog went through. They had suggestions on what to do to make it fit the lay of the land. They had to really clear a path. I had a fence that was basically ensnarled by trees, etc that had been there since the 50's. It took a bobcat to clear it out, which they did. They also helped me salvage the copper wire in the old fence. They did a good job and then hauled everything away. They had to use a large dumpster and was a lot more than they expected. They also had to dig out some large stumps and so forth. They had the fence made somewhere and brought it in to put it up. There was a problem, after it was done, the gate began to sag. I think the problem was they did anchor it enough. They came back and did that at no charge. They cleaned up after themselves really well. The price was fair. It was hard to schedule the work but I'm not unhappy with it. It was two young kids basically doing this on their own. They both have full time jobs. I think they were very professional for the amount of experience they had."

"Great, work was quick and clean, Spartan Shield Roofing did all that they said they would do. We obtained five quotes, and three were cheaper than Spartan Shield. When we obtained the written quotes, there was a lot of fine print that other companies stated what they would not do. We chose Spartan Shield Roofing even though it was $3,000.00 more. We couldn't be happier with our new roof. We did have some slight damage to our patio stair railing, but they repaired it within three days. Would recommend this company, and use then in the future if needed."

"Dom was very professional and showed great attention to detail with this project. Unfortunately, we hit a few snags with some large tree stumps, but Dom owned this issue and was able to successfully complete this project close to our planned budget. The end result of the project was a professionally installed fence that looks amazing. I would definitely hire Dom for his services again."

"The original timetable was postponed because of rain, but after agreeing on a later date, the materials and pavers were delivered the preceding day. The day of installation, three workers arrived on-time and commenced work. They worked steadily through the day - and finished about 4:30, then took another 0.5 - 1.0 hour to clean-up.
