"My complaints were that in the quoted price, my cover was to be removed, washed, folded up, and put in my garage. I washed it and folded it with my son in law later with no price drop. His son had put the "eyeballs" in the pool on both ends, and directed them in the wrong direction, so I had no circular movement of water. I had to loosen them and redirect them myself. Also, he left in such a hurry, he didn't realize there was a big leak at my sand filter head. I had to have my son in law come a fix that. Safe to say, he would have probably fixed the above had we not been chatting so much. If I had realized all the above, he probably would have rectified them all, even the cover left for me with no difference in price. As a pool pro, talking or not, I think he should have verified all was well before leaving!"

We are a small general contracting company that have been in business since 1991. We specialize in home additions, garages and remodeling. We also specialize in siding and exterior water damage repair. As a general contractor we do all aspects of work on a home. As I am the owner I am over seeing and working on each of my jobs. I also have subcontractors that handle various parts of the job for my company that specialize in certain areas like electric, plumbing, hvac,etc. When we do a project for a customer we will take care of the designing, blue prints and building permits so that our customer can relax and have a pleasurable experience from start to finish. All our customer jobs receive a computer printed quote for there projects. Large projects come with a computer written detail list and if excepted will receive a contract along with a payment draw schedule.

Another great thing is that while Terry could be a GC and just sub everything out, he does most of the work himself (framing, build deck, flooring, siding, window installs, etc etc) so you know you are getting his perfectionistic touch on your job at a very fair price. I also appreciated patience and flexibility, especially when we decided last minute to open up a kitchen wall and then add a huge window when he was almost done with the siding. Very grateful!"

When it came time for the work to be done, they kept me informed at each step. I could not be present for much of the time when they were **** the work, so they sent me pictures throughout the day and called/texted when they had a question or wanted to bring something to my attention. They kept to the schedule they had outlined, although they gave me time in the middle of the project to select and order a new light I had forgotten to get. They also accommodated several new requests I had mid-project. It all went a lot more smoothly than I had expected — the whole project was really well managed. The workmanship was very high quality.
