As a result, I asked Brian to paint the area and that was perfectly done. Brian is now the person I will call for all future painting jobs. Shortly after agreeing to a plan, I decided I wanted some more of the porch replaced. Lindo offered to do the extra work for the price of materials alone. I told him that he was being too generous and said I wanted to pay him for his work, so he quickly adjusted the plan and quote. The completed job was exactly as explained from the beginning, couldn't have asked for more. And the price was extremely competitive. Overall, highly recommended!"
