"Materials were ordered swiftly, and the team organized their subcontractors to complete the sequential work in as little time as possible. "Tony when he gave the estimate which he didn't put in writing and I forgot to ask for it changed the price when I told him, he agreed to paint the wood around the windows. He did a good job but if I hire him again I want everything in writing so there is no way he can ask for more money."
