"From the very beginning with the salesman who knocked on our door to the salesman who came to our home, to the finished job, everything has been outstanding. Both salesman were very courteous and in no way pushy. They were both obviously very confident in their product, but there was no pressure. When we were finalizing the sales agreement the representative informed us of a substantial discount for signing at the time. This was in my opinion no way a pressure technique as you would expect. He offered it once only in a very low key way explaining that it saved the company money if he did not have to come back later which would prevent him from new sales calls, so that savings was offered to us. He urged us to think it over and to not do it unless we were completely comfortable, in fact suggesting that we shop around. He then dropped it and didn't mention it again. The entire interaction was very good with no pressure or shadiness. We had siding, gutters, and a new entrance door installed. The crews (a different crew for each job, and obviously very skilled at it), were all very nice and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up thoroughly every day and listened to questions and acted on them without question or hesitation. Every crew was great and got the jobs completed quickly. There was no down time during the installations or between jobs. Everything was done in just over a week. The quality of the work and the materials is very high. Power is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. When considering the quality of the materials and workmanship, the timeline of installation, and the unbeatable warranty, I think that they are a good value. "I recently hired Universal to replace roof of my house including detached garage. The process with them is straightforward and pricing is transparent. Worked with Sam on the pricing and scheduling of install. On the day of install, Adrian, Patrick and the crew were prompt to start on time and was thorough and in its work. "These guys have best rating for a reason. Hiring contractor is always a headache and I always nervous about it, but Jim Rhubart Roofing (namely Munz Roofing) did such a great job repairing my wooden siding! And best part whole process completely stress free. They didn't charge a penny in advance, they called scheduled appointment and told me I didn't even have to be home for the whole project. This was great because I was away for weekend. They brought materials, then came to install them next day. When I got back everything was done and better than new. Then they sent me bill next day and i was happy to pay it. It was extremely fair price too (I got several contracts who wanted 3x more for the same job). I'll be be using them in the future for sure!"
