The owner did offer to make it right and sent the installer back out to correct the most glaring problems, although there was no call first to let us know they were coming. <br /> Price was higher than other quotes, but the time frame I needed was not possible with other contractors. I appreciated their willingness to schedule the work when I had to have it done. I did not get a call from the owner to ask if the repairs completed on the callback were acceptable. I felt that the work done was probably the best they were capable of doing. <br />"

Ron said he thought he could repair it withot a major effort. When we first called him he aswered the phone from a job site and had us call back to leave contact info. He came out to look at the job two days after we contacted him and scheduled to come out early the next week. His estimate was for $260. He said he always wanted to estimate high and only charge what was required. He showed up a few minutes early and repaired the door without a problem. His actual charge was $75. <br />"

"Abe Flug and his workman, Mike, were easy to work with and did the job in an efficient manner, putting in fence posts on a Monday and attaching the boards on a Friday. Abe was professional and a hard worker. My husband was present both days to observe in person every step of the fencing project and was impressed with their skill and workmanship. The fence is well done and looks nice. Abe showed maturity and was very patient with a next door neighbor who was underfoot during the installation. Abe cleaned up all the scraps and left our property in good order. Because of the good service we received from Abe, we are considering him for another service (concrete curbing around our flowerbeds). Abe uses Cedar Supply for all his wood products which is a local company that we have used ourselves (decking materials). Abe using them as his lumber supplier was a positive for us. Cedar Supply who we trust also recommended Abe to us as a fence installer which factored into our decision to hire him. <br /> We were pleased with the service we received for A+ Fencing. When we asked about the billing, Abe replied that we were to pay "when we were satisfied" which demonstrated his desire to please us as a customer. <br />"
