It's rare to find a company that has the craftsmanship to repair and match flooring. EVERY other company that we reached out to wanted to tear out and install new flooring....I believe it was because it is difficult to repair and match. Juniors flooring did just that and it is beautiful! We would get a text with their ETA each day and when we needed them to return for any reason, it was no problem at all. David and crew were great, and we appreciated their conscientious effort in cleaning up around themselves before leaving for the day, and getting a "plan for the day" each morning.  When we experienced a minor setback (involving a plumber's mistake), Adam and David were quick to help, and were flexible in working around the setback.  Had this setback not occurred, our floors would have been completed in a very short amount of time.  Due to the plumber's error, we did not get our floors completed for a couple of days later than scheduled.

When we had questions, Adam was prompt in answering them.  I especially appreciate David, who was very responsive and friendly.  The rest of the team was a pleasure to work with.  The final product is amazing, and we are so happy to have beautiful hardwood floors.  I would definitely recommend Complete Flooring, and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future."

"I called Alvaro to give us an estimate on refinishing the hardwood floors in a house we are selling to my brother. He came right out, was right on time & was very friendly. He emailed us the quote immediately as well as went over it with us on the spot. He broke down every cost into separate line items so we could pick & choose what options we wanted or did not want. Alvaro was able to get us on the schedule to have the work done that very next week which was perfect as we were in a serious time crunch. Alvaro & his crew showed up on time each day, were very professional & kind & explained everything they were doing & the time frame in which it would be done. They had originally said the floors would take 3 days from the time they started to the time we could walk on them, but it ended up only taking 2 days! We had done all the carpet tear out & removal of tack strips & staples ourselves to save some money which also saved the crew a lot of time. They had 2 areas of floor that had been cut out for duct work many years ago that they had to patch in & you can't even tell where those spots were now. Also, although all surfaces in the house did need a wipe down later on, I was pretty surprised at how little dust there was. They did a fantastic job & we were stunned at how beautiful the floors turned out. We went with a natural, water base finish & we are so glad we did because all the natural variations in the wood really stand out! Alvaro said that once my brother is in the house for a while, if anything turns up that needs attention (any snags, splinters, etc...) to call him & they will come back out to fix it. So far there were only a couple of tiny splinters but I'm not sure they're significant enough to call them back out, but I know if they get worse that Alvaro will make it right! We also had Alvaro give us a price on painting the interior of the upstairs & also putting on new baseboards throughout the upstairs but it turned out those just weren't in the budget. The floor refinishing was a very reasonable price for the amount of work & size of the house, but the painting & baseboards did seem to be a bit pricey by comparison. We would certainly use them again for hardwood floor refinishing!"

"The owner, Todd, came to the house, measured, and gave me a quote via email. I was on a pretty tight timeframe, and he was able to work me in. One of his guys (Robert) did most of the work. The floor came out great. Better than I was expecting. He had to do some extra work around a toilet in the bathroom, but did not ask for extra money. They have an outstanding vacuum system that captures almost all of the dust. It is so effective, Robert doesn't even need to wear a dust mask. I will certainly call Todd again when I need hardwood floor work."
