"I called First Impressions in the spring and I appreciated the fact that Mr Watts had right on his voice mail message that his firm was booked for most of the summer rather than wait until I was ready to hire him to tell me. When they did come in the autumn they were quite efficient and finished the job in a few days. I liked that Mr Watts was elbow deep every step of the way. There were a couple odd jobs I asked them to do while they were there and they accommodated me without complaint or extra charge.His crew cleaned up completely at the end of the job. The driveway and garage floor are beautiful. If I ever have need for concrete work again, i will definitely hire them."
