"Won?t let me add pictures. Saying even one photo is too large? initially the work looked good. The team seemed nice and they worked really fast. Got the whole thing done in a day. But then, when framing the upstairs a few months later, we noticed huge gaps in the decking that they just put underlayment over and nailed shingles on. There are dozens of these huge gaps that I would have had fixed had I known about them. In some spots you can see outside. Obviously shingles are not nailed on securely. Several have fallen off already. They also shingled two sections of the roof they were not supposed to and charged me for some additional materials needed. We ended up tearing the whole section off so that was a tremendous waste. When they left they took 2 of my tools. I am clearly going to have to fix the roof. I am glad others had a good experience but mine with this company has been absolutely terrible. "

I had my gutters replaced & also a small balcony/fire escape that was no longer usable & was dangerous and rotting. Bryan is extremely caring, attentive, honest, knowledgeable and always answered his phone or called me back with any questions I had. The crew that he has working for him were fast, efficient and paid attention to detail. They cleaned up more than I ever would’ve thought. We had a couple unexpected issues with my house, and Bryan immediately addressed them and explained to me in a way that I could understand what needed to be done. Bryan also came to make sure everything was going smooth in the middle of the job and at the end of the job to inspect everything and make sure nothing was missed. His prices are more than fair compared to other quotes I received. They use higher quality materials that could possibly lower your insurance premiums."
