Once he gave us the price, I felt like it was too good to be true. His price was 40% cheaper than the big box stores and this was getting everything we wanted from Dennis. Dennis was one of the most professional people I have ever had the pleasure with dealing with. He was always on time, extremely professional and honesty. "About average. Some shoddy work that had to be corrected, but all in all ok. Could not get them to respond to a tub repair. Mike and staff kept putting it off and then would not return a call. After about 2 years, I contacted the tub people and the technical people sent me the part and told me how to install the heater and pump. I ended up hiring someone to take out the tile to get to the parts that needed repair. I still have not grouted the tile back in as am waiting to see if it works properly. All in all, we were marginally satisfied with the job, but follow up service did not exist. The promises and dodging of phone calls got old. I finally gave up."
