He proposed a very reasonable price {compared to another estimate} which I accepted. Their crew arrived on time, stripped the old roof off, and then were very deliberate and thorough in preparing the roof for application of the membrane and interfacing shingles. Their attachment method will absolutely prevent the type of failure experienced with the old roof. And, I was literally shocked that I was not required to make final payment until a company rep visited to inspect the job and ensure that I was satisfied. Overall, great experience"
