They stopped whenever I would want to take a close up look, followed my reasonable requests, and If I wanted something done that was not good for the overall health of the tree, he would tell me. The ending result is that the tree looks beautiful, there are lots of windows to see through, and when the breeze comes through, it looks just great. "Carlos phoned me within a day of my request for an estimate. He came to my house the next morning to give me an estimate and was prepared to cut the tree down, then and there. He and his team did a fantastic job! I had asked for the trunk to be cut into sections so that I might use them around my yard...they did it. All the other parts of the tree were put out onto the street for collection. The bits and pieces that were previously covering the lack of fence were all put back into place, better than before. Wow, it's so nice to have the work done so professionally, by a friendly team, and in a very timely manner! The price was fair and averaged out to be less than an estimate made by a company with a Big Deal.
