However, a longer **drip shield** was needed, which was not mentioned or installed. George states this is not part of the gutter, so they created a solution. He offered to come back and fix the problem (for free), but it has been 3 months and I have still got brand new leaky gutters."

From start to finish, Arthur and the crew (Anthony, Eric and a few others whoâ s names I didnâ t get J could not have been more professional and courteous. Throughout the process, Arthur made himself available via text and when on site, virtually immediately, answered any questions or concerns. Those were addressed in a timely fashion. The work was meticulous and the guys cleaned up at dayâ s end. Now to the job performed. Aluminum siding was replaced with vinyl. Also included was 3/4 inch insulation, custom aluminum (pvc coated) wrapping for our widows, 25 foot siding (big deal as virtually no seams) and 6 inch gutters (no extra charge) that were manufactured on site.
