Since then the basement has been completely dry. This was part of a whole house remodel: structural, electric, plumbing, gas, etc. Paradigm stands out as the best contractor we dealt with through this entire project. Bob and Andy answer their phones without fail, their crew showed up on the scheduled days, worked hard (real hard) for 2 days straight in the July heat, and made no shortcuts or excuses. When we had a couple of simple questions a few weeks later Bob picked up the phone immediately. I wish all contractors demonstrated this sort of quality, commitment and communication."

"I have a service contract with them. They ran the line in the basement and connected it to the stove. They had to be creative because they were running lines in an area not made for it. They came and did the job in one visit and haven't had any issues. It took about half of a day to complete this job.  I could have shopped around and gotten a cheaper price. I was comfortable with them. I didn't feel the need to go out and compare prices. I have a service contract with them."

"October 2013 was the second time I had Dan from American Drain Cleaning & Plumbing do work at my house.  The first job a couple years ago was to replace the shutoff valve on the line to the outside hose bibb.  The second time (October 2013) was for the 3 jobs listed above.  Both times the work was done professionally and in a timely manner.  Both valve replacements were done with higher quality parts than the builder had used.  After the initial installation, the shower needed adjusting to run hotter and getting that done took a single phone call, and it was done the next day.  So I would say American Drain is responsive to calls after the primary job is done.  The cost for the 3 jobs in October 2013 included the hardware & labor. Based on experiences I have had with other plumbing companies in the area, American Drain Cleaning & Plumbing is more reasonable.  I would recommend them and plan to use them in the future.

We wanted a complete renovation of our shower in our master bathroom, remove all the existing tile and plumbing fixtures down to the studs. Wayne was very helpful incorporating into the design some unique features and material selection (size and color combinations) for our project. Bathmax was very professional and respectful during the demolishion phase, using drop cloths and protecting the surrounding areas. They were prompt and timely when installing the new shower, keeping us informed on their progress and timeline. Their workmanship and attention to detail is excellent, the finished project exceeded our expectations. Our overall experience with Bathmax was very good.

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"
