During the project other issues were discovered with rotten ledger boards, beauty band, etc. and he repaired/replaced those at the same time. We were also replacing all railing with another type and he had great suggestions that turned out beautifully. Some of our structures were not straight or level but John has the experience, knowledge and skills to work with this.
