The sales person got back to me and answered all my questions, the installation crew was incredible and they did a really great job and there are very little seams on my whole house. The clean up crew was great and the whole job for the entire exterior of my house was done in two days. They installed siding for the whole house, installed soffit and fascia boards, and installed the gutters and downspouts. The house looks phenomenal and they did a really great job. I am delighted that I chose Champion!"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

Windows were clean when they left and flowers were in good shape.Professional from beginning to end. Arrived on time and completed the job as promised. No increase in cost. Windows were great quality windows. Made sure everything was caulked and even put pieces of insulation in small openings or pockets around the windows.

"The work was impeccable.  He took pains to be sure the ceramic tile in our kitchen and porch were properly aligned and visually pleasing, in the cut of the tile and how he edged the front porch.  He also did an excellent job installing the countertop, faucet and sink.  He cleaned as he went (VERY important to us since these projects took several days to complete), and they were thoroughly professional in attitude and the quality of their work.  We also appreciated the detailed written quote he provided prior to being hired for the job.  Another biggie:  He showed up when and where he said he would......practically unheard of in the contractor world!  He and his wife were a delight to work with, and we frequently recommend them to family and friends."

"Excellent!! A couple months after moving into our house, we discovered that we had a leaky roof. After calling several roofers with no response, my husband called King's Child Construction. Casey the owner answered - said he'd come out later in the day. As good as his word, he came over that night, made a recommendation on a solution, and gave us an estimate. He was back the next morning and within a couple hours or so he had our roof fixed - total was pretty much in line with his estimate. Casey is a general handyman, and we've been so impressed with his work and his attitude that we've already talked to him about doing some landscaping and repair the water damage in a month or so. "They built a new deck for us and did a great job on the deck. However, one of the deck railings was not cut or installed correctly, and four months later, he still refuses to return and fix it. It would only take 1-2 hours of work to correct this, but he will not take care of it."
