That's right, as soon as you sign your contact, before any work ever begins, he will tell you, "when the job is done, leave me a 5 star Google review and I will give you a $50 Chick-Fil-A gift card". Well I didn't give the 5 star review upon completion, and I didn't receive the $50 gift card. Glad I didn't. Weed eating the other day, a rock was thrown and broke one of our windows. Don't worry, I told my wife. Bill told us his windows came with a lifetime breakage warrantee, remember? "I don't care if a baseball goes through it, or a lawnmower throws something through it, we will replace it at no cost to you." he said. So I made the call to speak with Bill. He was no longer the friendly man we met when he was selling us the windows. Today was different. Very harshly said, "there is nothing in your contract about any breakage warrantee, and I never said any such thing. Look at your contact if it will make you feel better." he said. So much for that! His word means nothing, he has zero integrity, poor business practices, and I will share the entire experience with everyone I know. Find someone else to do your windows!"
