After they also performed sensitization and charged me $200 more. They charged me $399 completely, which is way more for this service. I also had a quote for the same service, which was $350. They claim that they did the deep clean, but it was only sanitization. So basically, they charge me for the service that they did not provide."

"Premium Home services is a scam..their customer sevice does not do anything about refunding back expensive, terrible and unfinished work. They hang up on you and give you the run around to speak with a so called manager. They send a so called professional to do the work, ask for a ridiculous amount of service call out fee and don't finish the job. The tech was unorganized and shows up hours late. Don't recommend the company."

In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

David, the technician/owner arrived right on time, was respectful of my home and made it a point to keep everything clean while he worked. He pointed out a couple things I wouldn't have known about otherwise (like a disconnected vent in the basement ). He said i would notice a difference in air quality after the cleaning and he was right! There's less dust around the house and the airflow seems stronger from my vents.
