"Kenny did a great job. I would recommend him for your playset and basketball goal needs. On replacing the pad pn the bottom of our Gorilla basketball goal, Kenny knows what he is doing. I would recommend utilizing a professional on this as he explained that when you install the padding on the goal you are drilling very close to glass backboard and iy could shatter the glass if you are not careful/don't know what you are doing."

"I hired DS Patterson based on Angie's List to do two jobs:  <br /> 1) Repair dining room ceiling where an upper-floor water spill had leaked down, showing water damage at the seams of the part of ceiling drywall; and <br /> 2) Tape, mud, finish and sand a major do-it-yourself basement remodel.  This included walls, ceilings and stairwell, approx. 1200 sq ft of finished space and approx. 4500 sq ft of drywall that had been framed, electrical and plumbing installed, and drywall hung.  I had already pulled all close-in permits. <br /> First, made contact via email with Julie, who was terrific... gave me accurate and specific scheduling info for estimate visit and when they would be able to schedule the actual work, and handled all the contracting deails by email (my preferred way to do it).  The company was completely flexible allowing me to add details to their proposed contract to make sure everything I thought was important was incorporated.  Very professional, start to finish. <br /> Hugo Luizaga did my estimate, and performed the work with his co-worker Jose.  At the estimate, Hugo told me exactly what he would do, looked carefully at my plans, walked through the job with me, and asked specific questions to make sure he had all the details of what I wanted done.  It was clear that this guy was very passionate about doing quality work, and he was such a  personable guy on top of it that I was happy to offer them the work.  I am very glad I did.  Hugo and Jose worked in my house for approx. 6 working days.  They arrived punctually every day, worked diligently all day, and always left the working space clean.  I was completely happy with all aspects of their work, and Hugo and Jose were the kind of professional and trustworthy craftsman you are  glad to have in your house. <br /> My basement finish was $4500 (exactly as quoted) and the ceiling repair (re-taping and re-mudding the water damaged seams, no drywall had to be replaced) was $285.  With a little paint, the ceiling repair is 100% invisible... the ceiling is again smooth and perfect.  The basement walls and ceilings are smooth and evenly finished.  Again, I am completely happy with the work and the price.  I would happily recommend this company to family or friends. <br /> <br /> <br />"
