She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. She also followed up on time and was super easy to work with once we decided on specific doors. Installation also was on time, efficient and went very smoothly. "Garage door spring failed on 02/10/2015.  Called Andrews the same day and they came out the next morning as scheduled.  Replaced the springs and performed the maintenance on the second door.  I was considering replacing the spring on the second door but they said it was not necessary.  The repairman noted that the top panel of the door was cracked.  The crack started several years ago but when the spring broke, it became worse.  We agreed to have the panel replaced and they would have to go to Baltimore to get the replacement panel.   The cost of the panel was $600.00 which included materials and labor to install.  They said they would install it the next day which surprised me because they said they had to go to Baltimore to get the part and it was a Friday.  Well to our surprise, they came around 9PM and installed the panel and finished about 1030pm.  Everything is working fine.

"Zach actually arrived ahead of his appointment time, which was great because we were heading somewhere. He walk around the house explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. I would like to mention before he started we texted back and forth and was impressed that the price included the garage. I was already happy and he had not even started the work. Anyway when I returned home driving down my street I could not believe the transformation he gave my house. The white trim on the house was bright as diamonds. As I made my way to the front door I felt the trim and it felt as smooth as glass and felt clean.
I tried cleaning the front windows and could get it clean enough. I also attempted to clean my gutters, but again I could not get them clean. Needless to say Zach and his co-worker are the greatest. I looked up and could not believe how clean he got my gutters and the overhang. I will definitely recommend his services to all my neighbors and friends. The price was great for my house. I found out from my neighbor that Zach uses lower pressure, which I think is great as it does not break down the siding. He did his house as well and he was happy. If you get 3 homeowners you could even get the price down lower, but no one was interested. They are now after seeing how clean my house looks."

Very pleased with the professionalism of the 3-man team.  34 windows were cleaned well inside and outside using Windex.  Unfortunately, team cracked one window during the cleaning process.  MARGAAA has indicted that we should contract the repair and send MARGAAA the bill for reimbursement.  Would use MARGAAA services again.

"I asked for an estimate on repairing and replacing a rotting stockade fence along one side of our back yard. Mr. Rorer came when he said he would and recommended that we replace the fence, although he could use most of the existing fence posts. His estimate was a few hundred dollars less than another bid we had received, and we asked him to do the job. He and his assistant completed the work in one day and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward; he even removed a lot of scrub brush that was growing next to the fence on our side. I was very satisfied with his work and have asked for bids on other small jobs around the house."
