"Brent and his Team did an excellent job! I received several quotes and not only was his pricing the best around but he truly took interest in our project and was there every step of the way to handle any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend him and his Team for anyone who needs a roof repair or replacement."

"Excellent service. They saved me thousands of dollars by doing a roof repair instead of trying to sell me a whole new roof when it wasn’t necessary. Very accommodating especially for a smaller job for them."

"Very dedicated and meticulous work. I was messaged when they started work, and given an update pictures as they went along their progress. Including when they had to replace boards. This crew uses 2 x 12 x 8 boards, or plywood, depending on what you have. And at a reasonable rate. I have seen other roofing companies charge three times as much for OSB, so it is encouraging that they use lumber or plywood. After they were done, they went around the property with a fine tooth comb to pick up any nails from the roofing. First with a magnet, then by hand for anything the magnet missed. Our roof was done in May. Since that time, we have had several rain storms and tumultuous weather. We have had no leaks at all, and the roof still looks as good as the day it was installed."

"I was leery of getting a new roof. Our house is almost a hundred years old and had asphalt shingle over the original wood shake. As Matt (owner of MAP Construction) explained to me, when you tear off a wood shake roof, you have to completely re-deck the whole thing. In our case, that would mean almost 90 sheets of plywood. I had heard horror stories about roofing contractors and how unprofessional they were. And getting a new roof is a big scary-- your home is opened up and vulnerable for the few days it takes to complete the job. I was also worried about the high cost of a new roof. I had put away more than $20,000 and ended up spending a lot less. So I decided I would get 5 or 6 estimates. Matt responded first and came to our house at exactly the designated time. He spend over an hour and a half with me and my wife, answering all our questions. We didn't get any additional estimates. The whole process went exceptionally well from estimate through clean up. The whole crew was courteous, timely and a pleasure to be around. Matt checked in every day, returned my calls promptly and answered all my questions. In the end, the final bill was exactly what was estimated to the penny. I would have done the roof 3 or 4 years ago if I'd known it would be this easy."

"Very nice and professional crew. Installed roof and replaced rotted wood. Made sure past work from other company was corrected so no future issues occur. They made sure everything was cleaned up when they left. We will definitely call them for more projects in the future!"

"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"I was very impressed with Jacob and his crew. I had a bad roof leak from this previous storm and I had Jacob come talk with me. The very next morning he and his team were here at 7am for the tear off. They finished my entire roof in 6 hours! They also handled the water damage In my home. Couldn?t be happier. Great company."

"Excellent everything! I highly recommend them. The salesman was very knowledgeable and actually walked the roof before advising us on what would need to be done. He pointed out soft spots that would have to have replacement wood. He was prompt, friendly, and knew his product well. The crew was very courteous, hard working, and did a very impressive meticulous clean up. They protected everything that could be damaged and were very careful not to drop things onto my extensive gardens. The price was very competitive and follow up was quick."

"Excellent job! When my dad called, Kim responded promptly and scheduled an appointment. Because the weather was bad today and the repair was delayed for a few hours, Kim kept my dad apprised as to when the person would arrive to fix the gutter. He did the repair and checked the rest of the roof to make sure it looked good. My parents were definitely impressed. In addition, because of my parents' great experience, I plan to use Zemco for any future repairs that I might need on my home or my commercial property. Excellent roofers are difficult to find, and Zemco is a gem! Thank you!"
