Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

They did a GREAT job and I can't recommend them highly enough. By the time it was over they felt like family. We also have to refinish kitchen and dining/living room floors. Before working with Doug we had lined up someone else, but after joining his "family" we got a qoute from Doug and he will be doing it, taking care of moving furniture, scheduling a pod to put it in, and then putting it all back together. Talk about full service! Doug and crew made sure everything was taken care of, made sure we were happy with the job, and went above and beyond what we had expected. Great folks!"
