They replaced the brick stairs with brand new ones, power washed and sanded the iron rails, and removed the wood decking and replaced with brand new wood. Came out great. They were on time, professional, honest, and nice guys. Dimitri is great and so is he carpenter Juan. Just amazing group of guys. They also built steps leading to the patio and a wall to encase the patio with a fence on top so our pup does not escape. The final project is absolutely breathtaking! Showed up early and worked long days to get it done. One of the guys was able to shimmy into a very tight and awkward spot due to the porch structure to get every area of the foundation. I pointed out a couple missed areas and they happily came back the next day to finish the job. I will be using them for future projects."
