"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

"Ranch Roofing replaced our roof, repointed and reflashed the chimney, and replaced two skylights about 10 years ago. Bob and his team did a fabulous job! However, I recently noticed the flashing along the chimney was pulling away from its base, and so I called Ranch Roofing to take a look at it. Roy was super responsive insofar as not only did I get a callback within 24 hours, but the problem was taken care of within a week! This team of guys is amazing, for they do excellent work and then they stand behind it. And they are really pleasant to deal with, too. I highly recommend Ranch Roofing, and would hire them again (but hope I won't need to for a while!)."

"This is the second time I use Vaillancourt Roofing, and they have always been exceptionally professional. Brad Entrekin, the salesperson I have always dealt with is wonderful: knowledgeable, patient, punctual. So have been the team that does the work. In this specific case, Nick and Jay did the installation of the gutters. Their work is impeccable. They are very respectful yet friendly. If I was doing gutters I would do all possible to get the Nick and Jay tea However, in order to reach them you would have to go through the scheduler. I understand that the schedule is necessary in order to make the best use of the resources possible however, that has to be tempered with the needs of the client. Case on point, day before the installation date I was informed that the installation had been cancelled "because one of the installers was sick" and the work was rescheduled for 12 days later. I spoke to the scheduler and he had no interest in whether I would be available, convenience or any other consideration of what the effect of the change could have on MY schedule. I just had to understand that people get sick. That is - an administrative problem of the company was suddenly on my shoulders. This gentleman is extremely rigid and unsympathetic. Chances are that the job could not be done before but a gentler approach with the client will take him a long way. In addition, his attitude really erodes the exceptional work of the field salespeople. It is then left on the shoulders of the installers, to fix with the client what the installer undid. Once again, Vaillancourt has, in my estimation, first class materials to offer, a splendid salesperson in Brad, and an impeccable installation team with Nick and Jay. So, go for it. More likely than not, you will not have to deal with the scheduler."

"Very prompt and organized. Andrea came out during the day while they were working on the roof to check on progress and to see if there were any questions. She also followed up by email to see if we had any questions and was very transparent on the extra cost of having to replace some of the decking. Will definitely use them again in the future if need be!"

"I had leaky roof. Of 3 contractors who came to take a look, only Ramon from NMTI pointed out an uneven surface that seemed to be good place to look for an issue. I appreciate hearing specific ideas when there’s a problem, so we chose to work with NMTI. Sure enough, underneath the shingles on that section of roof, there was some water damaged and warped plywood. The NMTI team addressed that and re-flashed some skylights at the same time. The team was all very pleasant. They scheduled the job quickly, once we agreed on details and I would work with them again. Thanks, guys!"

"Well, I knew it was time for a new roof. Based on its age and just looking at it, I knew it. I had put off this decision for quite a while now, but yes, now was the time to finally invest in a new roof. Would I rather spend the money on a Hawaiian vacation or perhaps a new Zero Turn Lawnmower yard toy? Maybe, but if I am thinking clearly and correctly, not really! I knew a great roof replacement would add great protection not only for the home, but for me and my loved ones. It provides peace of mind, dynamic curb appeal, and one less big worry. When looking for a new roof, I’m sure like a lot of you have or are doing, I checked around a bit and chatted with a couple of neighbors, family, and friends. I just wasn’t satisfied with the cousin’s son-in-law’s brother’s friend who can do it over a number of weekends mentality. I also wasn’t interested in some of their decision-making like those who would choose bargain basement, lowest cost options, or on the other hand that I felt had been way overcharged. I also felt that the project cost was very competitive, reasonable, and fair. From contract to materials delivery to house prep and to the completed roof and cleanup, the project went along quite smoothly. I am very pleased with my new roof. "Came out to do an estimate, and didn't provide it to me for many days or contact me, despite multiple phone calls I made and messages left. While I understand they were swamped with demand due to a snowstorm, I was led to believe they would be more responsive - and the responsibility lands with them to set expectations with me on turnaround time. In the end, they did repair our gutters in about 10 minutes, and I can't complain - it was fast, albeit very expensive. If I can find an alternative, I wouldn't hire them again."
