"Needless mistakes. The ladder he used made dents and scratches in the hardwood floors. He did not use the proper paint for the bathrooms. As a result, the paint used is peeling in both bathrooms. The wallpaper removal was a disaster. The walls were blemished in many areas. Walt's a nice guy, but not a pro."
