"Jesse came out and cleared my bathtub drain with ease. Will recommend to anyone"

"NYC Plumbing, Heating and Drain provided great service in an emergency and on a Sunday. I was impressed and relieved especially after having contacted several plumbing companies who scheduled me two to three days later. Lazer was courteous and friendly and explained the problem and solution. Thank you!"

"We had an emergency with our main drain being clogged up on a Sunday. They came in no time. Fixed it and cleaned up very well."

"This guy is simply awesome. He does not come with a big ego or a need to tell me how good he is. He also did not complain (thinking he might get a tip). He was, in addition, $600 less than another quote and the work was done fast and perfectly. We now have a "go to" plumber. I strongly suggest that if you need anything done in the plumbing, drain or pipe repair area - this guy is GREAT. His name is Alfanso."

"Told me the price first and cleared my clogged basement sink"

"Dennis did an excellent job fixing my. Boiler for the winter session"

"Fiori came first to give us a free assessment of the task - fixing the kitchen drain and its connection to the dishwasher. He explained clearly what our options were, the pros and the cons, and gave us estimates for the different options. He then came back at the time scheduled and did a full day's work, which ended up including the snaking of the drain pipe, and made sure our kitchen sink was in good shape and the space underneath was clean when he was done. He also advised us on possible follow-ups (the drain pipe may need additional work). Fiori was polite and pleasant throughout. The quality of the work appears to be excellent."

"The plumber was clean and got the job done quickly. He even wore shoe covers!"

"Aldo did a great job unclogging a very stubborn kitchen sink clog. He was professional, very knowledgeable and reasonable. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job."

"Mario was able to trace the leak and quickly replace the section of pipe that had a crack in the ceiling in my basement. He also followed the connection further to detect an additional section that was eroded and replaced that section from above in the kitchen. Luckily, he was able to find it in the wall behind our stove and did not have to disturb our under-cabinets. I would recommend him for future work and friends."
