"Kerry Carby is the real deal . He came on a Saturday and gave me a totally reasonable quote on decommissioning an old gas boiler, connecting a drain pipe, removing the associated piping in the basement and all the radiators throughout the house due to a Heat Pump conversion. He came back with his team the next day on time and they immediately went to work. They were efficient and did their best to keep the mess to a minimum. They did all the work in 6 hours and hauled all the junk away . I would definitely recommend him and will hit him up for more work in the future."

"Unbelievable experience!! Haven't felt so great and trust worthy about a plumbing company or any service work in a long time. Treated my home as if it were their own. Explained the repair and process. Will ALWAYS be my go to for all my plumbing needs. The office personal was just as exemplary. Polite, clear spoken and courteous. Respond back to callbacks straight away. I must say my whole experience made me feel like I was with good family friends that came to lend a hand. You can't feel more trust worthy than that! Seamless work performed on repair of a leaking union to my boiler. Other companies gave ridiculous estimates, telling me they were going to cut pipes, replace pipes, a lot of unnecessary work. R&R came in made it clear what we needed to do and did it. Cleaned up so well, there was little for me to do when all was done. I usually do my own work, as I am skeptical about anyone else but R&R put my mind to ease. I'm very satisfied and I will be calling back to complete my other projects as I'm confident my home is in good hands! Thank you."

"YES! These guys were awesome. Came within hours, to give me a quote. Sent the quote immediately. Great price. Very reasonable. They did the work within 2 days. The fixed leaky pipes under a kitchen sink, the release pipe for my washing machine and fixed my leaking shower. All done correctly. I would absolutely refer these guys and feel they were fair, reliable and accurate with everything they did. Lawrence actually came back to make sure everything was working correctly."
