"The maid that came was very late, didn't fully clean some basic areas, and left early. My appointment was at 10am and I was notified at 10:15am that she had a personal emergency and could no longer come at that time. So we rescheduled for 2pm. She came at 3pm -- five hours after the original appt time. I had scheduled a deep clean (4 hours 5 minutes). She did a great job cleaning kitchen appliances (including oven) but left some areas of my one bedroom apartment completely untouched or partially cleaned -- side table and some shelves left undusted, kitchen floor not fully vacuumed, bathroom mirror not cleaned, etc. It felt like a very rushed job. I would have understood if they needed more time to complete the job, but she didn't even stay for the full appointment time -- she left after about 3.5 hours. This company was extremely responsive and great at communicating updates, and they gave me a discount when I asked after the service. But I would not hire again or recommend. "
