When Vincent arrived, he explained what he would be doing, took the necessary precautions and covered the rugs and his shoes and wore a mask. All through the appointment, he let me know exactly what he was doing and what to expect when the upholstery dried. What a wonderful job! The furniture pieces smelled refreshed and looked like new again. The last thing I will say is that Vincent truly cares about what he does-a rare thing in today’s time.
