Kevin and Dan (the work team) arrived at my home and made sure I understood every aspect of what they would be doing over the two day period. They treated my home as if it was theirs, carefully covering and taping all areas in the vicinity of the fireplace and, when entering my den from outside, used shoe covers to avoid tracking in any debris. I watched as they patiently and professionally worked on the chimney in oppressively hot weather conditions. They were totally focused on the work making sure each task was completed according to plan and always going the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Their cleanup was extremely thorough and before leaving Kevin provided pictures of the completed work and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He told me to contact them should any issues arise. "The owner Paul came to our place for chimney cleaning. We are new to our house, not knowing if our chimney was cleaned before, we called him to clean it. After spending some time inspecting our chimney he did not charge us any money saying that our chimney was clean and he would not charge us anything. He told us where to buy wood and other supplies.
