"Friday April 25 - company reached out after appointment starting time that they were no longer available and needed to reschedule Wednesday April 30 - company late for appointment Friday May 9th - company rescheduled installation date Wednesday May 14th - company rescheduled installation date again Saturday May 16th - company reached out at appointment starting time to reschedule Saturday May 16th - after we voiced our frustration with the above, company indicated with 40 minutes advance notice that they may not be able to make appt Saturday May 16th - company no-showed the time they suggested. We are unable to get in touch with company. Despite the company having read receipt functionality turned on, we did not receive a response after they read our message asking if anyone was coming so we could plan our Saturday accordingly "

Very professional, on-time, and fair pricing estimates for electrical work I needed in my condo, including moving the position of a ceiling light and setting up two new sconces, both of which required patching up the drywall afterwards and they made it look seamless. Joe really values quality work and made sure to check in throughout the job and afterwards to make sure I was satisfied, answering any questions I had. They offer a ton of handyman services and I will be booking them for future tv mounting needs as well."
