His crew of 3 were extremely polite, left everything so clean - didn't look like anything was disrupted. They were very thorough in all aspects… job was completed in 1 day and next day Chris came by to get the wifi interface working with our smartphone. I will definitely use him again – we plan more work in the fall."

What should have been straightforward cable runs became very complicated due to duct work and steel beams that weren't known or identified.  Despite this setback, Joe worked through it over a very long day and a half day to wrap up and was able to complete the job to our full expectations.  His integrity was exemplified by honoring the original price and not trying to add for the unforeseen circumstances.
