It was during a weekend of heavy downfall and my wife discovered a small leak in our upstairs bedroom moments before leaving for the weekend. We called four roofing companies, all giving us at least 4 or 5 days wait time until they could help us. My call to James was completely different. He understood the amount of rain we were getting and came over right away to take a look at our roof. "I had rainwater coming in through a door and window frame. Dario and Juan knew right away that the problem was coming from where my deck meets the siding. They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable.
