Previously a locksmith we hired came out and claimed that the lock was broken, missing pieces, and had bent parts. I should find a finish carpenter and replace the mechanism - hence I ended up calling Greg. Greg was able to take a look. He was able to reassemble the lock, clean the mechanism, and bring it back to working condition. Greg was very professional and thorough in his work. On his first visit, Rob installed sheet rock over an old door opening and replaced rotted out wood just below the roof of our home. On the second visit, Rob replaced seven light fixtures for us.
