"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

After several other successful home projects (windows, entry door, and storm doors), we chose Graboyes once again to replace the entry door and storm door in our family room. Marcia, our design consultant, was exceptionally thorough and helped us through many decisions we probably wouldn't have considered on our own. "David added a beautiful shower to our basement area (took care of everything), created a wall and custom made a beautiful door for the utilities area, made a doggy door and helped us put together a small fenced in area with pet turf in our backyard. He takes care of his customers very well and gives them itemized receipts so you know what you are spending on. Not only does he make sure things function as they should, but keeps the esthetics in mind and does a great job at whatever he does! He gives you good suggestions and finds things that are reasonably priced for your projects. Overall, his service is OUTSTANDING. I have already recommended him to two of my friends and we wouldnâ t hesitate to recommend him to others as well. We could not have asked for anyone better. Thanks David!"

"it really went fantastic I couldn't ask for a better service you know how long a disabled person looks for handyman to be honest and treat you right this guy went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable during the process of doing his work I had to lay down several times because of my lung cancer and he even helped me in the bed he's a great guy very intelligent honest and trustworthy I couldn't get a better handyman if I tried and I in the last 4 years of fighting this cancer have gone through a dozen at least of handyman service so don't waste your time any further give this guy a call and I guarantee you you'll be satisfied hats off to a man with Integrity to do a great job and I am not new to fixing things around the house I rebuilt this house inside and out including tearing out complete bathrooms so I am very knowledgeable about handyman work and carpentry exedra this is one opinion that you can trust"
