"Zoom Drain was great !! Everything was explained by Rob on Friday when he came out. Service was provided the day we called due to hearing gurgleing in the kitchen sink when the toilet was flushed. Rob found a blockage in the drain box outside our house which he cleared. On Sunday we found that we were still having some brief water backup into our basement laundry tub when the bathroom toilet was flushed, Kyle came out that afternoon and determined that part of the issue was that the Municipal Sanitary Drain was running slow. Kyle even pulled the Municipal Manhole cover in the street to confirm that the water level was much higher than expected. He spent the time to make sure our drain was as clear as possible and even called our local borough office to inform them that the Municipal drain seemed to have a blockage. We saw a truck on our street this morning and were informed that a large grease plug was found in the municipal drain on the street next to ours. They cleared it on Sunday night and were checking the line upstream from where the plug was to make sure everything was clear. Thank You Kyle. Thank you Zoom Drain Norristown. Highly recommended !!"

"The first guy tried everything to get my clog clear. The clog was completely my fault, and he did everything he could to clear it at the best price point possible. When we had to go to more extreme measures, that second guy was able to get the clog clear, and they billed me very fairly for what they had to do for me. I am very great full to them. "The work was completed quickly and successfully. My issue is with the pricing and the sales tactics. The technician initially said it would cost $439 to clear a drain, then said there was a $50 coupon that he d apply that takes it down to $389. To clear a drain!? So when I said no, he called his manager and got last months discount of $199. In the meantime he also informed us that he was a professional. In the end, we paid the $199 and it took him about 20 minutes to clear the drain. That's $600 / hour - pretty good return. I'm a professional too, but have never been billed at even $200 per hour. If he had just started at the $199, I probably would be writing a 4.5 star review. To me, even $199 is high to clear a drain, but it's probably consistent with other local companies. And I wouldn't have felt that I needed to negotiate to get a reasonable price."
