"The K&D team’s work was impeccable from sanding and preparation to finish coats. I saw how meticulously they were painting an old Victorian in my neighborhood and I approached them immediately to do my old painted wood house. There have been a half dozen people stop to admire their work. How they engineered a method to paint the dormers without putting any pressure on a very old tile roof was very impressive."

"John and Andy came out to pressure wash the house. Both were professional and friendly to a fault. There was definite care showed towards my house and in every detail of the job, even on a day working outside in direct sunlight with the temperature at 95°+.
