"Project - newly remodeled single story ranch with a bay window, oversized windows and regular windows. Partitioning several sections of interior with sliding panels. Communication was excellent with my assigned rep. He gave suggestions, practical tips, design styles and brand qualities and free samples. Explained the entire process up front. They have excellent varieties, styles, builds and with more color choices than competitors. Shipping was also very quick or prompt. Tracking was excellent. Packaging was extra secure and solid, especially on the longer sized blinds. Installation was simple and can be done by any DIY'er. Helps if you watch the available install videos on their website. Customer service was excellent. Easy to contact by phone or email. Reps are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. One occasion, no questions asked on needing to replace one of the larger blinds due to workmanship build (a brand product - not their own brand). It was handled quickly and shipped within a few days. Saved thousands of dollars over other vendors (who had less products and choices). I receive a lot of compliments on the blinds (& colors schemes), but get rave reviews on the partitioning sliders."

"The sales person, Rob, was incredibly knowledgable and noticed some issues with the job that other companies did not. His quote was also the lowest, and ultimately accurate. The installers were professional, on time, and did a good job of cleaning up after the job. Every part of the installation was executed perfectly. In particular, the new ducts had to run through multiple walls and around existing plumbing. The result was exactly as I wanted it. I couldn't be happier with the work."

"This is at least the third time Mark has cleaned and treated my roof and I have been pleased with the work every time.  On the first visit he installed OSHA-required safety items on the roof but that was a one-time expense because it can be used each time someone goes up there. In addition, they power-washed my deck using some sort of detergent and it came out so beautiful I was astounded.  Had planned to have a new deck built this summer but now I don't need to. I will continue to have Mark care for my roof as long as he's available."
