After a bad installation, where coolant leaked multiple times, air in the gas line, defective pump, cracked condensation pipes , leaking rain in unsealed roof exhaust, gaps in newly installed ductwork. They told me to find someone else to service the system after I left a bad review."

They gave me an estimated time (Saturday 5 PM) which both parties agreed to. They contacted me because they were able to come earlier and that suited me fine (4 PM).
