We have already gotten an additional estimate for our main bathroom shower and will definately be proceeding with more work from Beantown. Company was hired to correct the issues caused by a prior roofer whose incompetence has cost me additional thousands in repair. On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. We met with sales rep Jose Luna, who conducted a thorough inspection and found the leak easily. His presentation about the company and how they do their work was impressive and Jose was very professional. The meeting included a video that Jose shot while on our roof in which he explained not just the issues that were found but WHY the work was needed. He patiently answered all our questions and never pressured us into agreeing to anything. It's our money, it's our decision, he said. After meeting with Jose, we didn't hesitate to sign a contract immediately to get the work done. One of the biggest factors in signing was that the folks who do the work are company employees, not contractors. Fast forward a few weeks later and Paul Camarro and his crew showed up at the house on time and ready to work. When they were done, Paul showed us photos of the completed repair work, so I knew they delivered as promised. Jose is in the process of making a follow-up appointment so that he can inspect the job and make sure that we are completely satisfied. From Cat Vaillancourt and Mary Kay Macfarlane in the office to Jose to Paul, every person we dealt with at Vaillancourt was fantastic and professional. "Connell Roofing just completed a roof for me with damage from falling tree. Ben responded immediately when I reached out and got over to my place assessed damage tarped and weatherproofed roof. The damage was extensive involving chimney work, framing, roof, carpentry and gutters. Every step of the process was thoroughly explained by Ben and his team and the day of repair/install the crew worked together seamlessly and quality of the work was amazing and when they were done everything was cleaned up like they weren’t even there! "We had Power do our Roof and Gutters on our 120 year old home. This is our first big project on our new house and Power made the experience great. Their were a couple of hiccups but Power was able to rectify the situations. The project was supposed to be a 2 day project, but when taking the old shingles off they noticed the roof decking needed to be repaired because of significant wood rot. They finished the total project in 4 days. Power met every expectation. One part of the process that was a little frustrating was that I didn’t have one point person to talk to if I had questions. I had multiple project managers but I did get all my questions answered when I called. We would definitely recommend them to anyone."

"Everything was great except cleanup. There was a misunderstanding about which shingles we wanted, but Willard made good on it. They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. We found a large number of nails in our yard and on our driveway, and a lot of pieces of plastic lying around."

"Excellent! Kevin was very responsive and came by just a few days after I had requested an on line quote. He gave me a proposal with the full price and explained everything and there was no sales pressure at all. A week later he came by again and we signed the proposal and gave him a deposit. He had shingle samples and again explained the process and answered all questions. A week later a crew was at our house right at 7:00 AM and were stripping the roof by 7:30 AM, after covering the bushes and hanging down tarps from the roof to protect the house. They were all done by 4:30 - cape style house and two car garage. The crew did a great job, the roof looks great and everything was cleaned up. Kevin came by and did his visual examination and to make sure everything was OK. Great Job!"
