They started w maneuvering thru the numerous applications, permits, certifications, inspections required to begin.They oversaw the excavation, pouring of the new foundation and drain install. KinsellaBuilt coordinated w the several city departments to receive delivery of 6 massive modular units driven from Maine to be set by crane on a narrow city street. Once the partially constructed modular were placed connections and finishes were made by knowledgeable plumbing, electric, tile, paint, insulation, siding, flat roof subcontractors. We were in constant contact w KinsellaBuilt and kept informed of progress being made. Were there delays and a few overruns, during COVID, of course. All were circumstances beyond anybody’s control. We ended up with a quality product, a contractor I would use again and highly recommend."

"John is the best! We obtained 3-4 quotes for our full bathroom remodel. Everyone else estimated 6+ weeks to remodel the bathroom - which is our only shower. John promised he would have it done in 2 weeks. It was fully complete in 13 days! This was a total remodel down to the studs. Great work, super fast, super responsive, and his cost was right in the middle of the estimates we received. This was in Nov. 2019. The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem.
